Craig is a Solution Advisor, working with clients to help them gain a Benefits Advantage by transforming the employee experience and optimizing solutions across benefits administration and wellbeing. He specializes in health and wealth benefits administration, health navigation/clinical guidance, wellbeing, and absence administration – all with a focus on driving differentiated outcomes through engagement that meets people in the moment. In addition, Craig leads Alight’s Solution Advisory group, a team of consultative experts that support the full spectrum of Alight capabilities.
Over his 32-year career with Alight, Craig has served in roles focused on benefits administration, wellbeing and engagement, including client delivery and consulting, technology, product development and practice leadership. He also brings a focus on health and wellbeing into his community, serving as Chief of the Volunteer Emergency Medical Services in his town.
Craig has expertise in comprehensive benefits administration and employee engagement, including emerging technologies and meaningful use of AI, health/wellbeing strategy and design, compliance, employee engagement/total rewards and M&A support. He specializes in uncovering opportunities to support clients and their people through collaborative design-think sessions and solutioning workshops – making each engagement unique to them.
Craig earned a B.S. in computer science-information science from Binghamton University.

As Vice President, Alight Strategic Client Advisor, Jill leverages her deep knowledge of Alight’s transformational capabilities to deliver exceptional client outcomes. She effectively bridges Alight’s benefit solutions with clients’ most complex challenges.
Prior to her current role, Jill was Alight’s go-to-market wellbeing strategy leader. She defined Alight’s wellbeing commercial strategy and positioned Alight’s core wellbeing solutions for market entry.
Throughout her career at Alight, Jill has held various leadership roles in customer service, operations, technology, product, and the commercial space. Her personal passion for wellbeing has driven her to develop corporate wellbeing policies, consult with Fortune 100 and 500 clients and start a digital health coaching company.
Jill holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Minnesota and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt as well as certified Yoga Instructor and Integrative Holistic Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
