Learn More About Heart Health Equity
Heart disease remains the leading cause of death, disproportionately affecting diverse communities.
In Southern California, environmental stressors (wildfires, economic pressures) and social determinants of health widen care gaps,
impacting women, people of color, Spanish speakers, and older adults, among many others.
These disparities create challenges for those in healthcare advising clients on effective, scalable interventions.
Join our webinar hosted by Dr. Jayne Morgan, VP of Medical Affairs at Hello Heart,
to explore how digital health solutions can help healthcare partners align with employer and health plan strategies for cost savings
and health equity, drive better hypertension management, and improve population health.
